PHILADELPHIA – June 23, 2016 – The Middle East Forum continues to grow. We are pleased to introduce six new staff members who support the organization’s operations.
Matthew Bennett – director of special projects. Mr. Bennett advises on communications, organizes large events, and manages big data to sharpen the Forum’s reach. He most recently served as the Israel & community relations director for Jewish Federation of Atlantic & Cape May Counties. He previously ran a management consulting company, working with entrepreneurs to expand global business networks.
Tiffany Lee – director of development. Ms. Lee manages the Forum’s fundraising and related activities. She brings over a decade of experience in business development, project management, events administration, and managing multi-million-dollar revenue generating portfolios.
Oren Litwin – research fellow for the Islamist Money in Politics project. Mr. Litwin most recently served as an adjunct professor at the United States Naval Academy and was a subcontractor for BAE Systems’ Analytic Gaming Division, helping staff war games for the U.S. Marine Corps. He also has experience in finance with FSC Securities Corporation. He received his PhD in Political Science from George Mason University.
Rosybell Maria – development assistant. Ms. Maria runs the Forum’s database operations, and assists Ms. Lee in implementing our new development strategy. She received a B.S. in International Relations and Diplomacy and a B.A in Modern Languages with concentrations in French and Arabic, both from Seton Hall University.
Marnie Meyer – controller. Ms. Meyer is responsible for the Forum’s finance and accounting. She most recently provided accounting and business management services for GC4 Consulting. She holds a B.A. in English from Rowan University.
David Swindle – Islamist Watch coordinator. Mr. Swindle coordinates the many aspects of Islamist Watch, including: countering corporate and governmental support of Islamist groups; exposing Islamist-tainted politicians; and helping police identify violent Islamists. He is managing editor of Liberty Island books and has served as associate editor of PJ Media and FrontPage Magazine.
