Court documents obtained by Action News reveal more about a Saudi man accused of killing a Binghamton University professor in 2009.
The documents reveal what happened after Abdulsalem Al-Zahrani was arrested on campus.
Binghamton University Police stated he handed over a bloody knife and said he stabbed professor Richard Antoun in self defense.
Documents also reveal the 46 year old man suffers from Schizophrenia.
Al-Zahrani told investigators he believed the secret service in Saudi Arabia had been following him from Montana, to Buffalo, Saudi Arabia, Michigan and finally to Binghamton.
His murder trial was supposed to begin Tuesday in Broome County Court, but the trial was put on hold after Al-Zahrani was found to be incompetent to stand trial.
He was sent to a state mental health facility.
