UCI Prof Mark LeVine Reacts to Gary Fouse’s Criticism with Juvenile Outburst

UC Irvine (UCI) professor Mark LeVine has once again displayed his propensity for responding to legitimate criticism with juvenile outbursts, rather than addressing the substance at hand.

The College Fix asked LeVine to comment on retired UCI lecturer Gary Fouse’s blog post about an anti-Israel film screening and panel discussion LeVine moderated at UCI. After proclaiming Fouse “completely unqualified” and dubbing his retirement “the best news I’ve heard in a long time,” LeVine ranted, “When racist idiots who have no business teaching anyone anything want to lob non sequiturs, I have too much to do to spend much time answering.”

Fouse, who deemed LeVine’s quotes “wild, silly, and inaccurate,” responds in more detail at his blog, Fousesquawk.
