UCLA Fires Anti-Israel Prof Gabriel Piterberg Over Sexual Harassment

UCLA has terminated anti-Israel history professor Gabriel Piterberg, denying him emeritus status and future employment with the University of California, after an investigation found that he had sexually harassed two graduate students. In 2015, he was removed from his position as director of UCLA’s Center for Near Eastern Studies.
