Mr. Roman will cover the ongoing threats from Iran, the volatile situation on Israel’s borders with Hezbollah in Lebanon, Houthi efforts to disrupt Western shipping in the Red Sea, and Shi’ite militia attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria. Additionally, Roman and Westrop will address the persistent tensions in Gaza and the West Bank, and how the outcomes of the U.S. elections could reshape the future of U.S.-Israel relations and broader Middle East policy.

In addition to these security concerns, Roman and Westrop will highlight the Middle East Forum’s recent investigations, including the exposure of Islamist interference in the U.S. election process, such as Iranian hacking attempts targeting candidates. They will also discuss the recent Iranian missile attacks on Israel and the Israeli response, as well as MEF’s efforts to combat campus antisemitism by utilizing RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) statutes to hold perpetrators accountable.
