Philadelphia – November 14, 2022 – The Middle East Forum is pleased to introduce Liron Yadin as its deputy chief operations officer, a new position necessitated by the Forum’s continued growth.

Ms. Yadin comes to the Forum from AMIT, an educational non-profit. Previously, she worked for the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and World Likud. She has a BA from Temple University and an MA from Tel Aviv University.

She will help the Forum manage projects, oversee social media and digital communications, expand relations with the general public, and raise funds.

“Ms. Yadin’s presence will be felt, if not seen, by the public,” said Forum president Daniel Pipes. “A lot goes on behind-the-scenes to enable us to publish 800 articles a year, put on three webinars every week, and exert influence in Washington, on universities, and beyond. Liron is the right person to get things done.”

The Middle East Forum promotes American interests in the region and protects Western civilization from Islamism. It does so through a combination of original ideas, focused activism, and the funding of allies.

PHILADELPHIA – August 20, 2024 – A member of Maryland’s “Commission on Hate Crimes Response and Prevention” is out of a job. Ayman Nassar, the second Islamist commissioner to get tossed from the hate crimes board within three months, resigned on August 19 amid public outrage over his role in terror-linked organizations and his history of anti-American, antisemitic, and homophobic hate speech.

Nassar has accused Israel of harvesting the organs of living Palestinians and shared posts referring to Gaza as a “Holocaust.” He is chairman of the Aafia Foundation, a “terrorist support group” that seeks to free “Lady Al Qaeda” Aafia Siddiqui and other convicted terrorists from prison.
